About the Journal

The Journal of Medical Sciences at NEOMED is an online, student-led, peer-reviewed scholarly journal created to provide a platform for NEOMED students, faculty and affiliates to publish original research, opinion pieces, editorials, reviews, abstracts and other works.

We welcome your submissions. A fully structured review process is in place, with feedback given on each submission by both student members as well as our esteemed faculty, providing prospective authors the opportunity to refine their writing and scientific research abilities.

You are welcome to publish with the Journal of Medical Sciences at NEOMED at no cost, as we do not charge article processing fees.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
